Ornament Heart Disease has been termed as a type of heart disease. This type of disease occurs due to various reasons. Most often it is because of high cholesterol or fatty deposits that are present in the arteries leading to your heart. Such high cholesterol deposits may lead to heart attacks and at the same time may lead to other health problems like diabetes, stroke, blood clotting disorders and heart failure. High blood pressure can also be a factor that leads to plaque buildup in the arteries.

These plaques form due to the growth of fatty deposits that are not flushed out from the human body. Hence they form a hard deposit that causes blockage in the blood flow. Such blockages may either be temporary or permanent. If they are permanent then the plaques may divide and grow in size till such time that they cause heart attack or stroke.

Plaque build up may be sudden or gradual. It all depends on how an individual grows old. People who smoke and have high cholesterol usually develop this type of problem. So what are these plaques? These plaques are actually the build up of cholesterol and other substances that accumulate in the arteries. If they don’t go away soon, they can lead to hardening of the arteries, which is known as atherosclerosis. With atherosclerosis, the blood that flow through the arteries doesn’t carry oxygen and nutrients anymore and becomes thicker causing blood clots to form and plaque to grow in the affected area which causes the pain and discomfort.

When people find out about this problem, they are always in a dilemma. They either think that there is nothing that can be done to prevent it or that they should just accept it and live with it. But the good thing is that this doesn’t have to be the case. With the help of modern technology, we are now able to find treatments that can help us solve the problem. But then one has to make sure that they choose the right treatment and not just any product claiming to be an effective cure because there are a lot of products that will just give a false hope.
